“It was so exciting to be able to capture Siri's first anal scene,” says Mason. “She was so authentic and beautiful that day, and did so well, it didn't feel like a "first". I am so honored to have been a part of it!  Thank you so much Siri!”

Siri’s on-camera anal cherry popping appears alongside scenes with gorgeous August Ames, hot Euro newcomer Marina Visconti, and breathtakingly beautiful Summer Brielle. “Stacked 2” is a celebration of voluptuous vixens with large, all-natural knockers.

“Highly recommended,” declares XCritic.com contributor Don Houston in his review of the first volume of “Stacked.”  He writes, “[‘Stacked’] was a really strong gonzo fuck flick emphasizing big boobs attached to playful vixens with just enough experience to remain fresh but frisky.”

“’Stacked’ had a lot of replay value, the strokability enhanced by the use of a quartet of perfectly built women engaging top tier males while being shot by one of the best directors in the jizz biz so give it a look if you favor breasty excellence,” adds Houston.  “Look for it to receive some award nominations in coming months from any credible award organizations.”

Title: The Art of Living Dead Dolls
Publisher: Mezco
SRP:
$20.00

In honor of the 16th anniversary of Mezco's highly successful line of horror dolls, Living Dead Dolls, the toy company has released a beautiful softcover, coffee table sized book filled with artwork and pictures of the macabre and cool dolls, called The Art of the Living Dead Dolls.

The book opens up with world famous horror artist Basil (Famous Monsters of Filmland, Rob Zombie, etc) Gogos doing a foreword where he talks about the Living Dead Dolls (LDD) and their creators. Short and to the point, it's a loving and fun way to start off the book.

From there we go right into art inspired by various dolls themselves. There are lots of artists showing their work and paying tribute to the LDDs in all sorts of artful manners. They include pen and ink, pencil, watercolor, digital, photography, and more. All the pieces of art are just that and look beautiful, stunning, and creepy. And, all are done with a distinct quality of spooky fun.

The next chapter has pics from the 2006 LDD art show. These are various dolls created by various artists for display at it. It is followed by a fun chapter on LDD fan art. Finally, the book closes off with a real cool chapter on LDD tattoos. There are lots of pics of various ink fans have gotten to show off their love for these adorable and evil dolls.

In all The Art of Living Dead Dolls is a beautifully put together and fun book. You'll wanna look at it over and over again. And, at 20 bucks it's a steal! It's a true must have not just for fans of the LDDs, but for all fans of morbid and horror related collectables.

Hot Asian Girl of the Month: Chloe Bennet

As we prepare to bid summer good-bye with the last month to have any sembelance of it and welcome fall, we need someone to keep the heat on: and so we got this stunner as my pick for this month's hot Asian of the Month: Chloe Bennet!!

Chloe was born on April 18, 1992 in Chicago, Illinois. Her father is Chinese and mother is white. While, she was born Chloe Wang, she changed her name to Bennet for her acting career.

She studied Mandarin in Asia and even released some music in both English and Mandarin.

She did some acting here and there, but most, myself included, will know her from Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., where she plays Skye. I was watching the series at first, but as I have said in the past here, I dropped it quickly cause I found it to be awful. It supposedly got good. Maybe, but, for me it's too late. Stopped caring. Sorry. Still, although I could give a rat's ass about her character, she looked gorgeous!

Whether or not you like or don't like, watch or don't watch the series, there is no denying that Chloe is beautiful! With an incredible body, breathtakingly beautiful eyes, sexy hair, a gorgeous face, and a nice ass, Bennet is a total babe. And, with the new fall season coming, the perfect choice for this month's Hot Asian Girl of the Month!

60. Dimmu Borgir- Stormblast MMV - This rerecording of Dimmu Borgir's seminal second album has a faceless Satanic creature adorn it.

59. Cannibal Corpse- The Wretched Spawn- The ninth album by  the reigning death metal's masters of gore has a sick/ kick ass cover by Vincent Locke. In it, a nude woman, surrounded by monsters, gives birth to a monster that rips right out of her.

58. Sodom- Persecution Mania- The second album from these German thrashers saw them moving away from the black metal and Satanic themes of the first album and into war and politics. The cover of a solider with a gas mask and an M16 assault rifle perfectly captures that.

57. Death- Scream Bloody Gore- The debut album, and first true death metal album in the world, from the fathers of that brutal subgenre is a classic. And, also classic is its' grim reaper filled cover.

56. Kreator- Phantom Antichrist (deluxe edition)- While both covers are cool, I'll give the edge to the deluxe edition of the thirteenth studio album by these German thrashers. The fantastical cover has their mascot seemingly ruling over a mystic land.

55. Morbid Angel- Blessed Are the Sick- The second release from this Floridan death metal act is a classic. It is also the first death album, that I ever bought, and as such has a special place in my dark heart. The amazingly beautiful and evil cover is from the painting "Les Trésors de Satan" by Jean Delville.

54. Pantera- Vulgar Display of Power- This sixth album from Pantera is one of the greatest ever made in the history of the genre. And, it's vicious photographic cover by Brad Guice, where a man gets punched in the face (reportedly he got hit thirty times!!), really captures the raw power and brutality from this classic.

53. Exodus- Tempo of the Damned- The sixth album by these thrashers has a cool cover that is seemingly inspired by the Phantom of the Opera.

52. Suffocation- Pinnacle of Bedlam- The seventh studio effort by Suffocation has one of my favorite covers from last year. Artist Raymond Swanland gives us a monster holding flaming scales.

51. Dimmu Borgir- In Sorto Diaboli- Dimmu bookends this part of my list with their eighth studio effort. In it's cover we see a Baphomet with boobs. Which proved too much here in the US, where it had to be covered by a slipcase. Regardless, or more so because of the controversy, this remains a beautiful, cool, and evil cover by artist Joachim Luetke.

My Exclusive Interview with the Beautiful Lelu Love

All picture were taken by myself at the Adult Entertainment Expo 2013 & 2014.

I recently had the pleasure of excursively interviewing the beautiful Lelu Love, one of the best and most beautiful interactive porn performers that you will ever find. I am a huge fan of her site and output. She also happens to be a sweetheart and even more breathtaking in person. So, without any further adieu:

What made you want to get into the adult biz?

It was more of an accident really, just kind of happened. lol I put up a masturbation video I did just for fun, didn't even show my face or anything and didn't think much more of it until it got TONS of comments and attention literally overnight then everything just kind of snowballed from there :)

Where you nervous about it at first?

Yep of course, that's why I didn't even show my face or anything, but the more people said they liked it the more I liked it too :) Then I got less and less nervous as time went on :)

Was there anything that surprised you about the industry?

Just how nice and open most of the people are, you hear stories or just stereotypes about the type of people that you think are going to be part of the industry. But, I've been lucky to meet some amazing and great people and now most of my close friends are part of the industry, too.

You’ve at the Adult Entertainment Expo for the last couple of years, how would you describe it to someone who has never been to it?

Well, that's one thing that is just about what you would expect, tons of pornstars and parties!! :) The only thing I don't like about it is the dry Vegas air messes me up every time so I'll probably stick closer to home from now on but still had a lot of fun at the ones I went to :)

You are very interactive with your fans, which is awesome in my book. What do like most about your fans?

Yep the fans and friends and members are always the most important part of all of this. So, I always take time, and put them first which I know is super cliche. But, I love it when I hear them tell me that they aren't used to getting that much personal attention, it's what I spend the most time on, but that's because I love chatting and interacting too so it's a win-win :)

What are some of your favorite type of scenes or scenes that you have shot for your site?

I always have fun bringing people's fantasies and fetishes to life and all of my videos are custom videos that people order so it always keeps it fresh and interesting and unique and every once in a while someone will order one and just tell me to have fun and do whatever I want. And, those are always some of my favs, and I think turn out really well because I can just focus on having fun and cumming hard!! :)

Personally speaking I think that you have one of the best sites on the net. How do you keep up the good work?

Thanks!! :) And, yep it just goes back to really loving what I do I think, I work really hard and all the time, but most of it doesn't feel like work especially when I think back to some of my MANY other jobs lol

What turns you on?

I love knowing that people are masturbating to my pics and videos, always makes me feel sexy and want to do even more!! :)

What is the secret to giving a good blow job?

Just focusing on the guy's body movements and figuring out what kind of rhythm and pressure and all that he likes. Then, just keeping it going and really enjoying it, and he will too :)

You are really active on social media, what do you like most about it?
Just being able to quickly and easily communicate with that many people because there's no way I could keep up with 50,000 people one at a time!! lol So, it's great for announcements and updates and sharing naughty pics of course too ;)

What do you like to do on your free time?
Spend time with my dog, I've gotten back into swimming recently, poledancing workouts, taking my nightly baths and reading, usually the last two at the same time :)

Any final words for your fans?

Just to say thanks again for all the amazing support, it's what keeps me going and always trying to make my site bigger and better for all of you, everything from a brand new video and picture set every single day to my 24/7 live voyeur cams all through my house and more so CUM visit me right here right now at http://www.lelulove.com

We are now in the top 50 album covers! And, here we go:

50. Anthrax-We've Come for You All- The ninth studio album, and last one with John Bush, by one of thrash metal's Big Four has comic book artist Alex Ross art with the band surrounded by arms with the Anthrax pentagram behind them.

49. Morbid Angel- Altars of Madness- The debut album by these Floridan death metal masters has a very cool cover of "a flat disk made of a fossil material, that has captured souls" by Dan Seagrave.

48. Bleeding Through- The Truth- The fourth album by this American metalcore band is probably their best and most popular. It also has their best cover art. It's a photographic cover of a ripped out jaw. Bloody and in black and white, this is a striking and awesome image!

47. Def Leppard- Pyromania- The third album by this British hard rock act is my personal favorite of theirs. It also has their best, and most controversial, cover: that of a bullseye on a building top set ablaze. It was enough to have some stores refuse to carry it, and music censorship loving Tipper Gore flash it during the PMRC trials.

46. Danzig- III: How the Gods Kill- The third and highest charting album by Danzig has a magnificent cover taken from H.R. Giger's Meister und Margeritha (The Master and Margarita). Giger modified it, so that the erect penis in the painting became a dagger with the Danzig skull, which in turn was used on the cover to the single, "Dirty, Black Summer".

45. Cattle Decapitation- Monolith of Inhumanity- The sixth, and so far best album,  from these American deathgrinders has a Simian humanoid ripping out the flesh from his face on the cover. He is surrounded by bones and garbage and in the background, a monolith and other simians. It's gory and cool and recalls a nightmarish take on Kubrick's 2001: A Space Odyssey.

44. Entombed- Clandestine- The second album by this Swedish death metal act features a beautifully unusual cover of some other worldly place.

43. Motorhead- Rock 'n' Roll- The eighth album by these British metal masters, had a very different and intricate idea by it's artist Joe Petagano for it's cover. But, the band went with this cool take on Snaggletooth, instead. It looks awesome, so that's all that matters. right?

42. Dio- Holy Diver- The classic debut album by Dio has one of metal's most iconic covers: in it, their mascot Murray has a broken chain and there is a priest chained up with his head sticking out of the water. Dio has said don't "judge a book by it's cover" on the meaning of this amazing piece of art.

41. Death- Leprosy- The second album by Death is an out right classic of the subgenre. As is its' awesome cover of a cloaked man suffering from leprosy.

TCM Screws Over Horror Fans with Halloween Blu-Ray Box Set

It's not always I got on this blog and get to vent some anger, but here you go. Yesterday morning, Bloody Disgusting's Twitter account posted a link where TCM (Turner Classic Movies) online store were selling the just released (as in it hit stores officially today) Halloween the Complete Collection on blu-ray set released by the combined team of Anchor Bay and Scream Factory for $19.99. Now, I looked at that was like. "Wow! Hope it ain't a scam." When I saw that it was TCM, I was like OK I can trust them, even if they have colorized black and white classic films.

So, I placed my order. Now, mind you I still could not believe it. This HUGE definitive set (the kind Friday the 13th should do if they were released  by people who do not have shit for brains), that even has the NEVER before released producer's cut of Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers was something that I was DYING to own. But, I seen it go for $100 plus, so I was gonna wait till a sale or a price drop. No need to this though when I saw this price. I was in!

But, this afternoon, I get an email saying that the order is canceled. And, they sent me a 30% off coupon. Tell me what that does for me? They can shove their coupon up their corporate asses! So, I was ready to report their unethical behavior. But, first I figured I would give them a call, let them get a chance to correct this infraction.

The first girl politely told me that they had sold out. And, she didn't know when and if they would restock. She also said that she could not honor the price if they did. I called back and asked for a manager. He told me that corporate noticed the mistake and canceled the orders. I told him that is not my problem, as the customer I am right. I worked retail, you gotta honor a price, whether you fucked up or not (BTW, I never cursed or raised my voice during any of these conversations). He said he could do nothing more. I told him that they are getting reported. Which, I assure I did report to them, to anyone that I could think of.

Don't ever buy anything from TCM. Fuck them and their shitty way to solve this problem. If you go to Twitter, you will see that they got lots of tweets from angry fans. They say they are sorry, that can't full fill orders, that the 30% works on more titles, they even say a few orders went through, before they canceled them all. Well, guess what? All should go through. Learn to treat your costumers with respect and truthfulness TCM. So you fucked up, not us.

I doubt they will do shit. They won't do anything worthwhile for the fans expect hide behind their corporate bullshit. This anger is not meant to their workers. I understand they what they are told. I get that. But, it is meant to corporate who should grow a set of balls and learn some fucking ethics. End of rant.

All Cheerleaders Die

Title: All Cheerleaders Die
Writers/ Directors: Lucky McKee and Chris Siverston
Cast: Caitlin Stasey, Sianoa Smit-McPhee, Brooke Butler, Tom Williamson, Amanda Grace Cooper,
Reanin Johannink

Alexis (Felisha Cooper) dies in a cheerleader accident and her childhood friend, the beautiful Maddy (Caitlin Stasey), decides to join the squad. Especially, after having found out that Alexis' star football playing boyfriend Terry (Tom Williamson) has wasted no time and is now dating gorgeous cheerleader Tracey (Brooke Butler). She sets out to break them up. She tells Tracey of Terry's cheating ways with her and even seduces Tracey herself. They even have a lesbian tryst.

But, soon things turn deadly. Tracey confronts Terry, who proves that he is a sleazebag. He hits her. This enrages the other three girls (another cheerleader, her sister who is the team mascot, and Maddy, herself). They drive off angered, with Terry and his football team/ friends giving them chase. The car is forced off the road and crashes into a river. Maddy's ex-girlfriend, beautiful Wiccan/ goth babe Leena (Siaona Smit-McPhee) uses her magic to reanimate them. But, soon two problems reveal themselves: one- the two sisters have switched bodies by accident and two- the girls need blood to heal themselves and quench their thirst. They form a family, of sorts, and the next day they are back in school. This leads to the displeasure ofTerry and some of his crew. And, Terry soon reveals himself to be a truly evil bastard.

All Cheerleaders Die is actually a remake of a video that McKee shot some years back. While, I never seen that film, this is an excellent film, that ranks as one of the most fun and sexy horror flicks of the year. While, the movie is filled with exploitative subject matter: hot babes, nudity, cheerleaders, lesbians, etc, these elements actually are well handled and add to the fun of the film. In lesser hands this movie would probably have been mostly stupid and insulting, as well as being just a simpleminded skin and gorefest providing nothing more.

But, thanks to  strong directing and a lively script that is not the case. As is with much of his work McKee, with added help this time around from co-writer/ co-director Siverston, is able to create strong female characters, that are much more than just pretty faces and hot bodies. He has a real understanding of women. In most films, the cheerleaders would have been written as bitchy or stupid or both. Here, they are all likeable and all believable. The story may not be ground breaking, but somehow it still manages to feel somewhat fresh. This is definitely due to it being handled in a manner that is always entertaining. And, while the movie is undeniably funny, it does not shy away from heavy subject matter like abusive relationships and rape. Kudos for being able to this so well.

It also helps that the whole cast is excellent. That the women happen to be breathtaking is just an added bonus. I was most in love with Stasey, who is my new horror crush. Butler and Smit-McPhee also took my breath away, as did Amanda Grace Cooper and Reanin Johannink, as the two sisters. Meanwhile, Williamson makes for a truly despicable villain, one whose death you will be cheering (pun not intended) on to happen.

The movie with it's use of gothy, sexy witch babe, lesbians, and, of course, cheerleaders, seems
tailor made for me. It's handling of these fetishistic themes coupled with the beautiful cast make for a very eye pleasing experience. There some great shots of the beautiful cast, and even nudity in the form of the stunning Johannik. Butler not only gives us some lesbian love, but she has one of the most memorable scenes walking across the street in just her undies. She has an ass to die for!

It also has some nice gore, with stabbings, bitings, bludgeonings, and more. The make-up FX by Kevin Carter are really quite good. There is some CGI, but it's well done and used appropriately.  All of these postive factors comes together to add to a really suspenseful and edge of your seat climax. The ending is fun, too, and a little unexpected.

All Cheerleaders Die is a great example of how to do a horror-comedy. It'll make laugh and you will have a blast watching it. But, it also knows when to take the horror seriously. McKee is one of my favorite directors in the genre, as with films his best work, The Woman, May, and his episode of Masters of Horror: Sick Girl, he proves that he knows how to write some of the best female characters in the entire genre. It has everything that you could ask for in a horror film (lesbians, gore, babes, zombies, cheerleaders, sexy goth/ witch chick) in the confines of a smart and highly entertaining script. It all add up to a movie that I give my highest possible recommendation. It's streaming on NetFlix so see it now!

Hot Asian Girl of the Month: Irene Choi

October is one of the greatest months of the year, so I picked my newest crush as it's Hot Asian Girl of the Month: the beautiful Irene Choi!
Irene is an actress who has been in a couple of movies and TV shows. Sadly, I had never seen any of them, until I saw her on the awesome new show from IFC Garfunkel and Oates. She looked good and was really funny in it. She played a server. If she worked at a restaurant I would visit it as often as possible!
She was in a movie called The Nightmare Nanny which sounds and looks awful, but I felt that was enough to warrant her pick for the month of Oct. She was also in a short film with the title The Perils of Growing Up Flat-Chested. This has nothing to do with Halloween, horror, or Oct, but I would like to point that small boobs are fuckin awesome. I love them! Anyways, below is a BTS video from it.

She was also on Community which I have never seen either, but hey Alison Brie is on it. And, she's hot, too! Below is a great shot cause it shows off both of their legs.
Irene is a real cutie. She looks even more sexy in glasses and has, as I have already proven, some really hot legs, to boot. And, hey maybe someday she will be in more horror flicks. No matter what she is this month's pick.

DEVIL'S MILE (2014) Review

Update for Oct 2014

It's been a long time since I did one of these updates. I know at one point, I had mentioned that meant to these once a month, but honestly a million things got in the way of that including, but not limited to: other things I had to write about, work (which can include writing, of course), and a very rough patch of stuff that I have been going through/ still am in many ways. In all, sometimes the best laid plans don't always turn out the way you want them to. The question is does this mean that this fully back to being a monthly thing on my site? Hard to say, but I would like it if it did. Anyways let's get this started already, I got a bunch of stuff to cover:

And, to do that, we are gonna start with conventions. Right off the bat, I can tell you that I will be all four days (with help from my crew/ Master's Minions on some of those days), from beginning to end of New York Comic Con, Oct. 8-12, of this year. I got my pro-pass and am ready to get my comic con press beat on! I am most looking forward to seeing the Twisted Twins, Jen and Sylvia Soska again, who gave me what is not only my favorite pic from from NYCC 2013 but one of my favorite pics of all time, which you can see to the left of this paragraph. At the bottom is another one of my favorite pics I got at the show.
Vampy Bit Me is some else I cannot wait to see again. She is always a sweetheart and a friend. The above pic comes courtesy of Negative Pop and has her and my former camera-girl Kristin.

That being said, I do not know if I will be at Chiller. I would like to be, of course. There is an amazing guest list, but, it might just not be economically possible for me. Be sure to follow my Twitter and Facebook fan/ biz page, I'll keep you updated on that there!

I can tell you that I will be at Exxxotica NJ, with my crew/ Master's Minions next month. Too early for me to have set up anything, but I already have some ideas of who I want to interview. I can say that I am very excited to see the beautiful Tera Patrick perform her burlesque show! That , in of itself, should be worth seeing! The picture to the left of her and myself comes courtesy of BAS Photography and Design.

Last year, I didn't get to do my list of horror movies that I watched in October. Let's hope I can this year. I already started and for some odd reason (as in not by design) been watching all ghost/ demonic spirit movies. For example, I saw Annabelle, which was horribly disappointing. I LOVED The Conjuring but this prequel was just cheap and cheesy, like a double cheeseburger at McDonald's.

The following paragraphs have some TV and comic-book spoilers, you have been warned!

This is fall so that means the new season is upon us!! Already, Nickelodeon's AMAZING Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ended it's second season with the Krang invading Earth, injuring Leo, and Splinter missing and badly beaten up by the Shredder. The week after (this past Fri), the third season started with a bang! The turtles are recovering and away from NYC. The beatdown on him has left Leo with damaged vocal cords, hence a new voice, now done by Seth Green! Well done explanation for the change guys! Right off the bat, we are reminded that the writers LOVE horror on this show, as they battled a Jason Voorhees inspired baddie! Add this to that fact that they already played tribute to The Fly (both original and remake), Alien and Aliens, and Big Trouble in Little China, and we have a show that has it's horror love on it's scaly sleeves!

I am VERY much looking forward tothe return of Grimm, Supernatural, and Arrow, as well as the debuts of two new DC comic shows: The Flash and Constantine. American Horror Story: Freak Show I am apathetic towards, though. After an awful second season the show seemed to redeem itself last season, only to end on a godawful season finale. Will they finally be fully back on track this season? Who the fuck knows. The Walking Dead remains a frustrating show, with a mixed bag last season (wait that's every season post season one), topped off by a truly terrible and lazy season finale. I am watching both, for sure, but my excitement for either or is at meh.

Finally, I am gearing up for the newest Marvel comics big crossover: Axis. I read the direct lead-in to it, Uncanny Avengers#25, where the Red Skull, who has stolen the mental abilities of the late Professor X, has some X-Men held prisoner by himself and his S-Men. Magneto battles the villain and kills him by dropping a large piece of metal on him and gruesomely crushing his skull. The evil bastard soon comes back, though, now infused with the power of Onslaught (a villain comprised of the darkside of Professor X and Magneto). The Red Skull is perhaps comics' most evil, remorseless, and unrepentant evil fuck. Being a Nazi, he is devoid of any code of honor or redeeming quality that guys like Magneto or Dr. Doom may have. He is pure, unadulterated evil, which makes for fun read, when he is used. And, if this is done right this crossover might just fucking rule!

END OF SPOILERS!!!

That's all for this post! Take care and remember, this being October, I'm gonna try and focus on more horror-centric posts!

Horror Crush: Katie Featherston

It's October, which means it's time to fill this blog up with tons of horror related posts. Today, I'm  paying tribute and showing some love to the beautiful and sexy star of the Paranormal Activity movies: Katie Featherston!

The gorgeous Miss. Featherston was born on October 20, 1982 (which means her birthday is, coincidentally enough this month!) in Texas.

She is, of course, best known for her role as Katie in the Paranormal Activity series. I remember going to see the first film and being very pleased with her excellent performance. As Katie is she a young housewife terrorized by a malevolent, unseen demon that haunts her. Her asshole of a husband doesn't believe her and, especially in repeated viewings, comes off as a total douchebag. The other thing that stood out, immediately to me, is how naturally beautiful she is. She has one hell of a body! Her ass is really nice, but boobs are truly amazing! I was knocked out by them. Shit, who would blame any spirit for wanting to haunt this hottie? Overall the film is a solid and creepy movie, that became a huge hit and spawned a bunch of sequels that ranged in quality.

She came back to all of them, though her role size varied. She has just a cameo in the second one (the story had more to do with her sister Kristi), which was just OK. Much better is the third one, which is actually a prequel and the best in the series, I think. She also only had a cameo in that entry. But, she had a much larger role in the fourth film, which moved the story away from her and Katie. Said movie was just OK, though. Unlike, the awesome The Marked Ones, which came out earlier this year and ranks among the best entries in the series. That being said, Katie's role was a really quick cameo. On a side note, have you notice that the odd numbered entries in the series are better than the even ones? Just saying.

I really like Featherston, because she is not just a beautiful face with a killer body. She's a really good actress, and it's cool that her name is connected to a horror franchise, especially one as influential as this one. We can argue all day and night about this influence being good or not on the genre, but even as someone who is hesitant and tired of found footage films, I admit to liking this series. And, I like every entry, even the lesser ones, to one degree or another. Other than Saw and Child's Play there are no long running horror franchises that I can say that about.

That all being said, I would LOVE to see her in other horror films. She is probably my favorite current, mainstream scream queen. Though, I do wish she would do some horror conventions, most especially Chiller and/ or Monstermania so that I can meet her in person! In interviews, she always comes off as a down-to-earth chick. So, meeting her would probably awesome!

But, let's not bullshit, I would alos love to see her take her top off and show off her amazing, jaw-dropping, god-given knockers. The director who get her to do this will be my new hero and god. I will buy him a ton of beer! The offer is up! So, who wants to take it?

With a flawless, beautiful face, gorgeous blue eyes, and a body that is too die for, this goddess of horror is without a doubt one of the most naturally sexiest women in all of horror. And, she is most definitely has one of the greatest chests in the entire genre today. I love Katie and look forward to her being in the next PA flick, which has, sadly been pushed back. Though to be fair two PA movies in one year, might be too much. But, maybe I am wrong. I mean, is there really such a thing as too much Katie? I think not!

Unearthing Universal's THE MUMMY (1932) for a Second Time

Last night was the first time since I was in college that I watched Universal Pictures' classic The Mummy. And, I have to say I quite enjoyed my second viewing of it, far more than I did when I first saw it. I still think it is highly flawed and can see why while being considered a classic it is not usually put on as high on the pedestal as some of the other Universal classics, like say The Bride of Frankenstein, Frankenstein, or The Wolfman.

The story is fairly simple. An ancient Egyptian priest named Imhotep (Boris Karloff) is resurrected after his mummy is found in an expedition and a sacred scroll is read. Ten years later our bandaged baddie is no longer bandaged and is now under the disguise of a man called Ardath Bey. He tells two archaeologists, one of them being Frank (David Manners) the son of one of the men from that original expedition, that he has found the tomb of the princess Ankh-es-en-amon. They take her mummy to a museum. But, we soon learn that there is a woman named Helen Grosvenor (Zia Johann) who is a reincarnation of her. Being as she was the love of his life, he is determined to bring her back to life through her and kill all those who stand in his way, using his supernatural powers. He is particularly pissed off with Frank, who has fallen in love with the lovely lady.

Back, when I first saw it, I was really bored by the movie. On this second viewing, I was much more entertained by it. This by no means says that it is the most exciting movie. The pacing is decidedly slow and despite his powers, I don't think he ever comes off as truly scary. Especially when you consider the less than exciting but still kinda cool looking thing that happens to him at the end. The fact is also that not a lot actually happens in the movie, and the climax is decidedly abrupt and somewhat underwhelming. That all being said, though, I would give this movie a solid 3 out of 4 stars, and I would go as far as saying that it is a better movie than Dracula, though not historically more important than it.

The supporting cast is good for what they do. That said, our romantic male lead, Frank, is really kinda useless, and his relationship with Helen is sort of forced and unbelievable. But, this is the 30s so romance is not necessarily written in the manner it would be today.  Nor are female characters as Helen is a very weak female character, but at least when she is full princess mode is given a little more to do then some of her other Universal female counterparts. She also looks pretty good in the princess out fit.

But, let's not fucking bullshit anyone here, this is Karloff's game all the way. He manages to add as much menace as he can to the character. Most imposing is the way he looks at the camera using his powers to get what he wants. Given the chance to speak also adds depth to his monster, as well as sympathy. We kinda feel bad for the dude, even if he does have a tendency to cause heart-attacks with his mystical powers. The flashback to ancient Egypt is really cool looking, and I have always liked the beginning when the still bandaged mummy comes back to life. The there is the memorable line delivered by Helen early in the movie of "Do you have to open graves to find girls to fall in love with?" when talking to Frank. This is not only my favorite quote in this movie, but one of my favorite quotes in all of golden aged horror. It was sampled by metal band White Zombie, by the way, many years later.

Jack Peirce's makeup is excellent! I have always loved the way that the mummy looks at the beginning of the film. It is truly iconic. But, and here is another thing I didn't like when I first saw it, he spends too little time in that look and more as the lesser made-up look. Which, I came to far more accept this time around, as it does makes sense for the plot. But, still, the kid in me wants more mummified mummy!

The movie was another huge hit for the studio, which gave us a semi-remake in The Mummy's Hand, which itself spawned three sequels, and a spoof with Abbot and Costello. I saw all of these, minus the spoof, but I remember very little if anything of them. The superior take on the subject would come by way of Hammer studios and their awesome The Mummy. Universal, themselves, remade the movie into a bloated and stupid action/ horror flick in 1999, which spawned two better but still not very good sequels, and a spin-off franchise of it's own, The Scorpion King. Honestly, the only good thing I can say about those mummy flicks is they tended to have a sexy female cast but not very much else! Shame they never took it in the true horror route that they should have.

My revisit came via the beautiful blu-ray that Universal put out. It looks stunning and the sound is quite good. I ain't checked-out the extra-features yet but plan to soon. And, so I think that you may need to take a another look at this old, rotted baddie, even more so now with some good Halloween sales out there (for those of you who don't own it yet), and just cause Universal movies kick ass, in particular when watching them during this time of year.

NYCC 2014- Thurs

Another New York Comic Con (NYCC) has passed us by. Beginning this past Thurs and ending on Sun (Oct. 9-12, 2014), the show was another epic time of geekdom and fun. Packed with fans, this one managed to top the sales of San Diego Comic Con (SDCC). It really gets bigger and bigger every year, so that not only is on the level of SDCC, but it now may have well topped it.

As in the past, I have lots of coverage, pics, and interviews to share. Let us begin with the very first day of the show, Thurs. Remember when I mentioned last year, how the show was more packed on that Thurs, than any before it? Well, it was even more packed this year! I mean think of it like this, my friend bought her ticket last year, the night before. You couldn't do that this year, since it was sold out far in advance, even just for Thurs!! Anyways, on to the coverage:

First off there were mascots at different booths, including the above dude from Skylanders and the below little rubber ducky a pic below.

I also got to meet amazing artist Bill Plymton and catch up with gorgeous adult film star Julia Ann. I got a free poster they were handing out signed by both of them. Two days later I interviewed them both. I will have that up as soon as my editor/ photographer/ camera guy, BAS Photography and I are done working on it. In it they discuss the soon to come out Penthouse magazine shoot that they were involved with. But, you'll get all the awesome details on that, when it is finally up. For now check out the pics I took of them on Thurs.
This is the free poster that they were signing and handing out.
 Julia signs my poster.

A fan found an old comic that featured Julia Ann on it being sold at the con. He bought it, then had her sign it! She was so surprised at his find that she had to photograph it!

Speaking of art over in artist alley there was some amazing work displayed and sold.

Charles Soule is the writer that has worked on one of my favorite books, Thunderbolts. I bought a trade off of him and had him sign it.

And, of course, there was cos-play galore. OK, not as much as there would be on the next few days, but still enough to catch you eyes. Here are some noteworthy and awesome ones, that I saw and got to shoot pics of.
This beautiful duo is an actual mother/ daughter team of mother/ daughter team Silk Spectre 1 & 2 from The Watchmen. I told these two beauties, that could be sisters. The lovely mom was very flattered by my words, which I really did mean.

Ariel and Nelson D. Martinez, two friends of mine, did DC villain cosplay on this day.
Goth beauty seen at the VampireFreaks.com booth.
Game of Thrones group cosplay. I was happy anytime I would see some GoT cosplay at the con!
A very sexy Harley Quinn joins our cosplaying couple for a pic. BTW, there were A LOT of Harleys at this con! I mean we are talking A LOT!!!

Guardians of the Galaxy cosplayingis for all ages!

Well, Thurs was quite a bit of fun, and despite the huge amount of people a nice warm-up for the rest of the show. We had a great time, and even more awesome days were to come, soon! Be sure to keep reading, as the best of my coverage is still to come! Including a couple of interviews that I promise you are truly epic in nature!

Flyleaf- Live from NYC 10/17/14

This week, on Thurs,  Oct. 18, 2014, I attended a Flyleaf concert at Gramercy Theatre in NYC. It was my first time seeing the band, despite being a long time fan of theirs, since their debut album, actually. That this concert was with their new signer, Kristen May, whose voice I love, had me even more excited for it.

I actually got tickets at a discounted price cause I ordered them through the opening act, Charetta's website. I first became aware of this band when I saw them open up at the Revolver's Hottest Chicks in Hard Rock in NYC show. I called them the best opening act back then, and I still stand by that. They rock hard as hell, and their beautiful lead signer Angelina DelCarmen has an amazing voice with a killer vocal range. She also has a great stage presence and is backed by a talented band that really knows how to bring it. These guys have the whole rock star thing onstage down to a pat. With the butt kicking style and excellent quality of the straight up hard rock/ heavy metal music that they play, they deserve a ton of success. That Angelina is such a sweetheart and is so down-to-earth, only adds to their awesomeness. I hope they break through and become huge!! Check them out, you will not be disappointed, I guarantee it!
Before the show I got say hi and talk to Angelina for a little bit.

Angelina rocks so freaking hard! I swear she blows away some signers out there who front "bigger" bands.

Having bought their excellent latest EP, Apocalypse, the last time I saw them, I was happy to hear many songs that I love and recognized, including the totally ripping track that is "Watch It Burn".

This was the last show with their bass player Mollos so it ended with an emotional hug as the band hugged him goodbye. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

After two more opening acts Flyleaf came on stage and, to sort of quote their current hit single, set the place on fire! The band played hard and rocked the entire house! Kristen proved within minutes to any doubters (if there were any at this show) watching it live that she is more than capable to carry band. In fact, at one point, still early in the performance, the crowd was chanting her name!!! She has such an amazing and beautiful voice. The range and emotion with she sings is just captivating. That's not even taking into account her stage presence. Not only is she a naturally stunning beauty, but she definitely knows how to hold the audience in her hand. She dances, jumps, and moves around all over the stage.

She is also incomparable in her interaction with the crowd. For one of my favorite songs, and a favorite among of most, if not all, Flyleaf fans, "Cassie", she got off the stage and sang with the fans. She would later repeat this even getting inside the crowd, to sing and dance with them, at one point. Her fan interaction would conclude with her stage-diving into us!

Most of the songs came off of their amazing current album, Between the Stars, including all of my favorites from there, like "Set Me on Fire", "Traitor", "Platonic", and "Marionette", as well classic hits from the band like "Fully Alive", "Again", and an amazing version of "All Around Me". They came back for two songs in the encore, including their seminal classic "I'm So Sick" and a beautiful duet with opening act with Ryan White.

And, after all of that, they took some time out to meet the fans by sign autographs, and even take pictures with them at their merchandse table!! How many bands, as big and successful as they are, would ever think of doing this? And, I am not counting bands who charge extra for you to hang/ meet them backstage or whatever, either. Other than any merch you choose to buy (and you didn't really need to do that either), it was free! I got the CD signed and a poster. And, everyone was just so nice and cool in the band. Two of the guys even liked my Misfits/ Marilyn Monroe tee that I had on! And, Kristen was all smiles and so humble as I told her how awesome she and everyone in the band was! My selfie with her is easily one of my favorite moments in the entire year. No, wait this concert was one of the best moments for me in the entire year!

I have seen fan interaction but I don't think anyone does it as awesome or lovingly as Kristen does!

She has such energy on stage! I freaking love her!!!

The band plays so good and so hard! You know you are at a rock/ metal show when you see and hear them!!

I think we all just about flipped the heck out when she actually got in the crowd and sang and danced with us!!!

When she got on her knees, as in the lyrics of "Again", while she sang it, it was with such emotion, strength, and heart, that I don't know if I have the words to describe. I hope that, at very least, the pic above can capture even a fraction of it.
When she stage dived into crowd!!! Just awesome!!

That duet with Ryan White was breathtaking!!!

NYCC 2014- Friday, Pt. 1

The second day of NYCC, Friday, began with me getting my ass out of bed, nice and early. OK, actually nice is really not the appropriate word here. But, early most definitely is! I was hoping to get the exclusive Stan Lee NYCC pop figure for this year, but they only get 200 a day and sell out of them in 20 min! Even though, I got to the booth early, it wasn't early enough. I would suffer for this, as I felt dead tired all day. That being said there was much fun to be had, enough so that I am splitting Friday into two parts of coverage.

As you might be able to tell from the above Legend of Zelda pic, cosplay was in full swing. Below you will find some of my personal favorites from this day (with more to come in part 2!):
Long time readers will know that this is not the first time that I have run into Pedobear at Comic Con. I always get a kick out of getting my pic taken with this perverted mammal! Lol!

The Tri-Force booth had some sexy DC Comics cosplay!

DC villains really seem to love Comic Con!
This Carnage cosplay is just too fucking wicked and badass!

Of course, my time was also spent hitting up some booths, mostly for toys, whether it's buying them or looking at them and wishing I could buy them or checking them out specifically for posting here, or a combination there of:
The Red Ranger guards the Ban-Dai booth. This booth had a crazy-ass line, until Sun afternoon!

Sexy Tardis alert! This hottie was at the Geeky U booth, who specialize in geeky apparel.

As a hardcore Transformers fan, I was drooling for these beautiful but expensive toys.
Oh my God!!! This Predaking figure really captures the beauty, size, and badassness of who is probably the most powerful of all the Transformers combiner robots.
The Alien Queen is coming soon from NECA. This gorgeous, fully articulated action figure should go around the $80 or more mark. But, dear God, will she be worth it!
Here we have some Robocop Vs. Terminator toys. They, and this is display, is based on the comic-book of the same name.

This has to be one of the most awesome Terminator figures, that I have ever seen!

Leatherface and Godzilla!! NECA really knows what, we genre fans want and love!

This Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles/ Leonardo and Shredder hybrid with Spongebob Squarepants and Plankton is a Funko Pop exclusive from San Diego Comic Con. It's freaking awesomely cute and a tad on the more expensive side. Fugitive Toys was selling him, at their booth, which also had a long-ass line. Though, I did got on said line to buy the glow-in-the-dark Ice Giant Realm Loki exclusive Pop figure. That wait was over an hour, by the way! Still, better than the line for Toy Tokyo, believe it or not!

Let's end this part with a visit to the Vampire Freaks booth and this British stunner. This gorgeous booth babe, really liked my Hello Kitty/ Red Skull/ Hello Hydra tee that I bought off of TeeFury back in May. Her sexy accent and sweet attitude really made her a pleasure to talk to. Of course, so did the fact that she is hot as hell! In all, she's a great reminder as, to why this is always one of my favorite booths to hit up at Comic Con!

Well, that is it for this half. Stayed tuned for more stuff, not just from Friday but the other two days, as well!
